• Please note, reservations for guests who do not check-in by 20:00 may be treated as a no show.
• Please let us know your check-in time one day prior to your arrival.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Please note that children 3 years and under cannot be accommodated at AIBIYA.
• Please let us know if you are coming by car (limited car parking spots)
